Car rides very smooth and pick up and drop off was very easy. Owners are extremely nice and accommodating.

Vehicle is very limited, technology-wise. If you depend on a mobile assistant or bluetooth connection while driving this vehicle is not for you. Relatedly, the cabin of the vehicle is worn and is obviously older, though not dingy. The outside of vehicle looks good as new, and honestly is the car's single greatest redeeming quality. Above average for city driving but if you're intending on any highway driving after 50mph or so the car begins shaking which only amplifies in intensity the higher in mph you go. Very unnerving regardless let alone when driving in busy conditions. Picking the car up required in-person interaction, the first I've had to do since using Turo. Getting into the owners gated property varied in difficulty depending on who was working the gate, but be prepared to have to use a touch pad. For those covid19-minded, this might be a concern. Overall kudos to the owner for maintaining an 11 to 12 year old vehicle, but not worth cost per day with the lack of today's technologies and below-average in-car comfort, condition and amenities.
