Bill is on it! This was actually a last minute switch because my first turo canceled the day before my trip. Turo customer service reached out to Bill and he confirmed my rental in a snap. He’s quick with responding and provides a great amount of info for you. The car itself is excellent. Super comfortable and has a bit of cool factor. Definitely a classy addition to accompany me to the wedding I attended while in town. Would definitely recommend!

Car was clean and sanitized. During these times it’s important for non contact rentals. Bill is set up for and makes it very easy to do so. I’m not sure he ever sleeps because I extended multiple times at various hours and he responds immediately. I enjoy renting from him and look forward to the next experience!

The car drives well and it was clean. The check in process was very simple. Satya provided a disinfectant spray to use on the car to prevent spread of Covid 19. I felt safe and comfortable in this Honda Accord. The price of rental is reasonable in comparison to rental car rates. I recommend renting this vehicle. I plan to rent from Satya again in the future.
