Sand in the upholstery is very difficult to clean, additional cleaning fees may apply. Battery Damage: $7,000 Neglecting to charge the car when battery is low will damage the battery. Please keep the car above 10% of charge level or 30 miles of range to avoid the car dying and avoiding this fee. DOGS AND ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ANY EVIDENCE OF SUCH WILL RESULT IN A $500 CHARGE.

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo.

• Does the car need to be returned with full charge?

  Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10

• Will car come activated with toll pass?

  Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.

• How does supercharging work?

  Superchargers will automatically charge the host's credit card when plugged in. Charging expenses will be billed to the guest at the end of the trip.
