EXCELLENT HOST! Mark was extremely accommodating and very friendly. This was my second rental with him. My first trip was with his silver Cadillac CTS. Both cars ran great and are very comfortable to drive. He clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure the cars are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and fueled prior to your arrival. Every transaction was quick easy and hassle free. He also has a good selection of cars/suvs to choose from and at great rates too. I have already referred friends and family members and will continue to do so.
Mark is absolutely amazing to deal with! He is beyond accommodating, professional and overall very easy to deal with. If I am ever in need of a rental again Mark will definitely be my only choice! Thank you again Mark you are amazing

Absolutely amazing. Mark is seriously the BEST host. I was in the hospital and wasn't able to check out and rebook the car and he walked my husband through it and we even returned the car really late and he was just so understanding and so nice to my husband. It took one more stressful thing off of my husband at a really stressful time which was amazing especially since he couldn't be with me at the time and it was touch and go. Mark as been our host in the past and he's ALWAYS been amazing. And his cars are always in great condition as well. Thanks again.

Mark was a great host. From beginning to end his communication and flexibility was professional and high class. Mark was always quick to respond, he provided me with a quick and easy drop off and pick up and allowed me to extend my rental period on the fly. Mark was also nice enough to return by mail a valuable item I left in his car. All around it was a 10/10 expirence and would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, high class turo experience!

Mark was very kind and flexible a great host to rent from, his Infiniti was neat and disinfected prior the trip, very good on gas, very comfortable ride and very spacious vehicle, overall the best experience I have yet had when renting from Turo.
