We’re relatively new to using Turo. Only our third ‘rental’. For those of us who aren’t familiar with all the nuances of the service, I have some suggestions. If you are considering a different drop off spot from your pickup location, be sure to do it before your trip. There is no feature to easily allow for a change in plans or an oversight. When evaluating costs of the rental, the fees associated with pick up and drop off can significantly add to the cost depending on your situation. Fortunately, RentalCars4U were very understanding and helpful. Their communication and service were very good. Lastly, if using them on the Vineyard, a small car is helpful with all the narrow streets and limited parking opportunities.
