This host defines customer service. A timely response to my rental request was responded to with a welcoming text. I was met with an extremely friendly and attentive owner at pickup who was very patient answering any questions about the vehicle. A cheat sheet was provided that answered frequently asked questions about the vehicle which was a very nice touch of professionalism. I was encouraged to call them if there were any issues regarding the vehicle or if I had any questions about the area I was visiting. My vehicle return was met with a hearty handshake from Scott and an earnest inquiry about the vehicle and its performance. These folks are wonderful, warm, and genuinely interested in providing excellent service. Do not hesitate to book with them. You will not regret it!
