Enjoyed our trip and the car. Phresh was responsive. Feedback-For future trips I would recommend one more detail about the garage parking car placement (color of parking ramp) to avoid delay and wondering. Good instructions on how to unlock car. Car has a few noises that may need attention. This was communicated and Phresh is aware. It is governed at 80 mph and the alarm goes off at about 75 mph. Overall good trip.

can not express how thankful i am! i had a super last minute booking and then the turo site went down and everything and they have been sooo helpful during the whole process and so understanding! this was my first rental on this app and it was a process but they made everything clear and great communication. the car is beautiful inside and out and fun to drive

I would use Turo for next trips! No problem with rental. Makin is very prompt with answering any questions. I would use Makin again- • Request all windows to be clean- just to make sure- • Air freshener could have been better.
