Thank you for choosing to rent with us! You should expect a message as the reservation date approaches (about 24 hours prior) with more details regarding pickup. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help make your trip a success & as easy as possible. ***In preparation of your trip, please read our policies listed below: PICKUP METHOD - We provide "contactless pickup" for all reservations. This allows us to remove the stress of coordinating schedules, and allows you to just walk right up to the car, grab your key via a lockbox code, and be on your way! LICENSE VERIFICATION - We will provide the lockbox code once we have been able to verify your license (turo requires this step). If you'd like to go ahead and take care of this part of the process, please go to the "Trip Photos" section of your trip and add a selfie of you holding your license as well as the front and back of your license. The license information must match your Turo profile information for the rental to be allowed under Turo's terms of service. Once the license information has been confirmed we will provide the lockbox code to make your check-in on the day of the trip as expedient as possible! *** When you arrive to the vehicle, on the passenger window will be the lockbox, inside you will find the keys to the car (you can leave the lockbox in the glove compartment for the remainder of your trip). When you RETURN THE VEHICLE, please place the lockbox back on the passenger window (how you first found it please & thank you) and place the keys inside the lockbox, Also please park the car back in the original parking spot as when you first picked up the rental. If you have any questions contact us via message or call, thank you! **VERY IMPORTANT**: Based on Turo’s rules, you have 30 mins to pick up the vehicle from the initial start time of your reservation, GT will give you an additional (15 mins), so a total of 45 mins to pick up the vehicle after the initial start time. Parking Details!
Pickup/Dropoff location- Every car will be cleaned and sanitized before the reservation starts, because we are constantly busy we may sometimes unfortunately get swamped with alot of reservation at one time, which can result in us using our “LOCKBOX”. If you find yourself using our lockbox JUST KNOW, our lockbox will be located on the passenger window before the trip starts, Inside you will find the keys to the vehicle. Can you please carefully remove the lockbox from the window and place in the glove compartment. On the day of drop off/return can you park the car in the same spot you found it or very near and place the lockbox back on the window with the keys inside please (VERY IMPORTANT TO DO SO) ! If you have any questions feel free to reach out! Airport- Every Vehicle will be delivered either in person or will be located in “LONG-TERM PARKING”, as mention above because we are constantly busy we may sometimes unfortunately get swamped with alot of reservation at one time, which can result in us using our “LOCKBOX”. Can I let someone else drive the car?
Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you have any additional drivers, simply upload their valid driver's license to the TURO app. It's very easy to do. If you fail to do so it will cause the insurance to be voided and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damages.
Do I need to return the car clean, washed and vacuumed ?
As per TURO guidelines, you must return the car in a similar or better condition as you received it. Now, with that being said .. many people have had an issue with having to pay a washing fee, With GT LUXURY RENTALS, WE ALWAYS PUT OUR CUSTOMERS FIRST, If you could at-least return the car vacuum, if you have heavily dirtied the inside. ** A helpful tip: Return the car as you would be happy to receive it : )
What if I am returning the car late ?
If you will be late returning the vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. (Please be mindful that sometimes a vehicle has back to back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it's returned. Any late returns will lead to a late return fee according to TURO regulations.)
What if I lose or break the key fob :
Unfortunately, we do have to charge the dealer price for broken and lost key fobs.
Do I have to return the car with a full tank or how I initially received? Can I pre-pay instead ?
Yes, please return the car the same way you received it.
Can I extend the car ?
Yes, if you need more time you can always extend the car .. as long as the car is available. Please modify your trip in the TURO app for approval. Keep in mind all late returns are subject to TURO'S additional use policy and will be enforced.

Our trip went very smoothly thanks to Travon, The car was right where he said it would be at the Tallahassee Airport and we were on our way in minutes -- without standing in line at the car rental agencies! We were especially thankful that we were able to extend our trip by a day at the last minute, after we returned to the airport and discovered that our flight had been canceled due to weather. We'll definitely be using Travon's service again the next time we're in town!
