Do I have to return the car clean?
• Interior - Yes, treat as if it is someone else's car :) • Exterior - No, unless you use a touchless carwash. PLEASE DO NOT run the car through a brush car wash as it may damage the paint. • NO Pets/Smoking/Vaping allowed in the car (this is a family vehicle - our child has asthma and will be impacted if there is any sign of smoke. • A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo reservation if there is any evidence of food/spills, pets or other foul smell detected upon return. • Please be careful with sharp objects that can scratch the interior. • Guest is financially responsible for any excessive wear and tear to the exterior or interior of the car during the rental period.

How does the airport pick-up/return work?
Pick-up • Airport ✈️: Send me your airline/flight number so I can track the flight (in case you arrive early). Let me know if you have checked baggage so I can have an idea of when I park the car at the Terminal Parking floor. Use the Tesla app to easily locate the car. You shouldn't pay more than $6~8 of parking to exit the airport garage. Return • Airport ✈️: Park the at the same Terminal Parking Floor. Please advise of the time so you don't incur more than an hour parking ticket fee.
