Michelle was great! I had never driven a Tesla, and I was renting one to see if I might want to buy one. She was nice enough to show me everything I needed to know and set up the car for me so that I would be ready to go. I had a great experience, and I would recommend renting a Tesla from Michelle.

Manuel responded very quickly. The car was in great condition, we had no problems whatsoever. The car came in handy and on the day of return it was short notice but I requested to have the car for another hour and he responded in a timely manner with approval. Really enjoyed booking with him and would definitely book with him again.

This was our first experience with Turo and Martin was a great host. Our flight changed departures 9 times on the final day and he was very flexible with us to extend the trip length without any additional fees. The car was clean and adequate for what we needed.

Michelle was awesome. Sweetest host and very responsive. Quick and easy pickup/drop off. The cars’ performance was immaculate. The way it rode was perfect, a bit sensitive on the brakes but the regenerative braking was amazing. We were suspected to reach our destination with 27% and arrived with 31%. Incredible for an older battery/model. Quality was amazing, the seats were perfect and everything was so so comfortable. All the buttons worked perfectly. Smoothest experience ever, out of this world. Definitely want to buy a Tesla now. Thanks again Michelle, will definitely rent from here again!

Sergio was a fabulous host who made our first Turo experience extremely pleasant and easy. He is a very punctual person who responded to all communication immediately and he even let us park our other car at his location for the duration of the rental period. He showed up in person to hand over and receive the vehicle and he took the time to walk us through every aspect of the vehicle while handling all the pictures/documentation for us. He was genuinely interested in how our trip went when we returned the car, and he included many amenities such as ponchos and headphones in the vehicle for free. Sergio and his brother Ali went above and beyond what I was expecting from my first time on Turo, and I will be going out of my way to rent from them again the next time I am in Florida!

Michelle is very cool and friendly. I just dropped off the model 3 I enjoyed it so much I’m renting the model Y right now in the next hour. Just waiting for the car to get cleaned and sanitized. the customer service is amazing. They are very professional and on time. I received the car very clean and it smelled really nice. All the Tesla’s they have for rent have very nice exotic looking rims. I really enjoyed the Tesla and the self drive capabilities. Their prices are very fair and the cars are new... over all amazing experience and they communicated with me flawlessly and in a timely manner.
i was so happy with this vehicle i came down to florida with my family & we all fit in perfectly so much space & 3 days we only used half a tank!! Jackson was amazing on our last day we were doing some laundry & went over the return time he had no issues with letting us have the car longer & HE ALSO DROPPED US OFF AT AIRPORT!!

Amazing car, amazing host, amazing experience... Car was a dream in all aspects of the word. Rented the car for my son's trip to Universal Studios. A couple of quick supercharges and we were there. Plenty of superchargers in Orlando to keep the fun going.

Jason was absolutely God sent. Not only a great host...but a genuinely great person in general. The car was beautiful and flawlessly maintained. No issues at all. Jason was very flexible with all arrangements and gave me plenty of information pertaining to the car and Miami. Upon returning the vehicle...I had an unfortunate situation with my credit card and wasn't able to get an Uber to the airport. Without any hesitation...and at 5 am...Jason became my savior and took me to the airport!! I am so blessed to have dealt with such a caring person. I highly recommend Jason to anyone considering his beautiful car or doing business with a professional and genuinely great person!! Wow wow wow! Besides the Tesla being absolutely amazing, I have to give appreciation for the outstanding host, Michelle. She made our week long trip with her car flawless. Her Tesla model S was clean and ran like dream. It may be on older Tesla but drives better than the newer model in my opinion. Her communication was fantastic and she helped us out a lot to make for a convenient drop off. I would like to give her 6 stars but then I would be worried her car would be too busy for me to rent again when I return to FLL. Thanks for everything Michelle.
