In order to protect yourself against any incident taking place up to 24hours before or after trip. *** Traffic Violations, Tolls, and Towing*** 1. There is a Fastrak account tied to the car. All tolls and fees incurred during your trip will be charged after your trip is complete. 2. Please obey all parking regulations to avoid getting a parking ticket. If a violation occurs, you may pay the fine yourself any time before the end of your trip. Most cities offer the ability to pay online at their website. If the fine is not paid by the end of the trip, I will pay the fine and a $50 convenience fee will be assessed in addition to the amount of the fee. 3. If the vehicle is towed for any reason, you are responsible for recovering the vehicle from the towing company, and for paying all fees associated with that event. If the trip is ended with the vehicle still in the tow yard, I will recover it and charge you for all associated recovery fees, plus an additional $750 charge for this convenience. If the vehicle has back to back bookings, and you pick it up not clean, please take photos and let me know. I will make a note of this and you will not be held responsible. ***Fuel*** Please always return the car with the same amount of fuel as was in the tank at the beginning of the trip. If you do not have time to refuel, I can take care of it for you for a $40 flat fee. *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard BEFORE the end of the trip. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods). As long as the vehicle is not booked, the extension will be approved. Any late return without mutual consent would lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations. ***Accident and Unexpected Issue*** --For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issues with the vehicle, call 24/7 roadside support (415) 965-4525 and text me as well with the details at (650)450-8536. *** Long Term Rental *** Long-term rental requests are very welcome.
