This is my second time renting from Michael. He is very friendly, professional, and his fleet of cars are well maintained. Check in/out is fully automatic with remote or lockbox service. The pickup and return location is very convivence. The Quattroporte is in great condition and very fun to drive. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to book a trip with a professional highly rated renter like Michael.
Rented a car as a replacement while my car was in shop. Really convenient location (across the street from Honda Service)! Smooth transaction and communication. Flexible in adjusting rental duration when I received updates on my car repair.
Smooth rental. Hanna & Ken were easy to work with. Nice, comfortable interior. Good gas mileage as a hybrid. Car was very clean.
Thy’s m235i was amazing, and really performed well on the road. Not only that, Thy was a great host and super friendly. He is there when you need him, or got any questions about the cars. Definitely one of the best cars and Turo hosts so far hands down !
This was my second time renting one of Mike’s cars. The Panamera 4S was awesome and the 4WD was necessary during my trip to Tahoe. Mike is a great host. Whenever anything came up from my end, Mike was more than helpful and responded very quickly. Best host in the Bay Area! Will be back soon!

Loved this car, especially rolling around with the top down in the Cali sun. Smooth and powerful ride, impeccably maintained. Oded (the host) was super accommodating and helpful. I’ll most likely be renting this again for weekend getaways... recommend it!

Qilin's Porsche was absolutely fantastic to drive along the coast! The car was clean and he had prepared everything prior to our arrival. He was also very helpful and responsive to our messages! Would definitely recommend!

1st time using Turo and Thy made everything clear but pithy. Have a great overview of his car as it was my first time driving a Model 3 and gave me some shelter from the rain while doing so. Great experience.
I enjoyed driving this car. I took it to Tahoe and it handled the snow very well. Seth was very responsive as a host and overall I had no problems whatsoever.
Seth was a great host(?). Replies quickly and the came on time. Took the car to Tahoe and it ran smoothly,and the awd system was great on the mountain.

Easy pickup and return. It did rattle on the freeway on windy days but nothing bad happened, glad I read that in other reviews and wasn’t worried. Great gas mileage!

Michael is the BEST host on this app!! He's friendly, professional, and amazingly responsive with communication and was so very very accommodating for me that I rented a few cars just from him! He also has tons of great knowledge if you happen to love cars like I do! Highly recommend!! Additionally I needed the car last minute and Michael went and got this for me right away which was incredibly flexible! And went out of his way again on top of that again to personally borrow an accessory for me for this drive!! His cars are always sparkling clean, ready to go and exactly as promised!! The Tesla model S is an amazing road trip car with auto pilot and just an experience to have driven at least once! I was very pleased with rent and this car the gentleman was nice and he worked with me an extension of my rental. The card was very nice it drove perfect no complications it was very easy and enjoyable trip.

Jyoti's Leaf was very smooth and quite as an electric car should be, it was also very roomy! We had no issues with range anxiety as she dropped off the Leaf with 121 miles of driving range. We were able to take it to Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Redwood City and back to Sunnyvale without recharging. Jyoti was very sweet, punctual and quick to respond to messages. The car was in great condition inside and out. Overall I would recommend Jyoti's Leaf if you are in the area and need a rental or want to experience an electric car. I would personally rent from her again if needed.
If I could give 6 stars to Mike I totally would with no problem. He made my trip so easy,convenient,and was super accommodating to my needs. He single handedly made my Turo trip amazing. Thanks Mike for all your help I will definitely be renting another car from his amazing fleet of luxury sports cars..!
Honestly, rented this last minute and was the best experience on TURO! The BMW Thy has is great! Took it to Malibu and the car makes you feel amazing!!! I also extended my trip with no problem! Such a nice car! Thy is the best, super fast and easy check in and check out! Would recommend to anyone!

I rented the Maserati ghibli 2015, what a fantastic car elegant, formal and sporty look combine. Super clean. Alots of speed for a 6 banger. I loved it. Got to meet with Michael while returning the car, very nice guy. Thank you Michael.

Check it them with more exotic cars Porsche 911 Porsche 718 and ofc one and only m4 ! They don’t bother too much but since Turo is private owner cars so make sure you drive like yours not rental ! But I really had great fun with m4 💯

Great rental overall! Side note: Beware of turo go equipped cars because if you don’t have service on your phone then you can’t unlock the car. I went to see the redwoods and got lucky since there was free WiFi at one of the buildings. If there wasn’t it would have became a huge problem.
Honestly, one of the best cars I've ever driven. Alec (The Owner) was on time and super easy going. Felt like he didn't put any pressure on me when driving the car. Made sure the ride was clean and walk me over some of the cool features hidden in this supercar. Overall, had a blast and will rent again.
Best Benz on Turo!!!!! Brand new still has the clean car smell ...the sounds coming off the engine will make u smile every time...turn heads having people puzzled trying to figure out the model...it’s a 4 door coupe 😂😂😂 got me Every time saying it. Jeff was hella cool 😎...no problem with extending the trip ...definitely will come back for that AMG!!!! Stay cool Jeff Man take care of those babies!!!

Michael was a pleasure to work with, he is clearly passionate about the vehicles in his fleet. The car was lean and ready at the time it was reserved for and he was very helpful in pointing out useful information about the vehicle and it’s operation of controls, etc. I would highly recommend him for those who seek a special car to enjoy for their adventure. The car was just simply awesome to drive and she sang a harmony of notes be it driving down the roads less traveled and that of a spirited run down the road of choice. Aston Martin nailed it on the harmony of great looks, handling and a chorus of sounds that put a big grin on our faces along the entire weekend trip we had the pleasure of driving this beautiful car. I will be renting from Michael again in the future, without question!

Jeff is a great guy and held wonderful communication throughout... unfortunately I had a mishap with the Fiat and the battery died (twice in one day) but Jeff immediately came to the rescue and swapped cars with me so I wouldn’t be left stranded. Up until that point the cute little car did its best taking me around the Santa Cruz mountains, although it loses a bit of power going up the hills. I would rent from Jeff again, Thank You for everything!
