Merry is a great host. I was on my way to return the vehicle when a truck hit me and Merry came to the scene and helped me take care of everything. She then gave me a ride back to the destination where I was returning the car. She was very nice to me , communicated with me, and also let me extend my trip when I needed before everything. So it would be impossible to express just how great Charles is! My flight was delayed 2 times and made it a 3 hour inconvenience for him at drop off. Super friendly people. I needed a car last minute due to our only car breaking down in the pouring rain on a Sunday evening. And due to the current situation affecting the world, I was having a hard time getting a Lyft to pick me up. I tried for over an hour. I messaged to let them know what was going on and they even offered to come get me. Thats just being awesome humans and I appreciated that kindness because it’s rare.
