POLICIES AND INCIDENTAL CHARGES 🧽 We do our best to keep the car looking BRAND NEW, please respect our wishes and return the car just as clean as when your trip started. $200 interior cleaning fee applies for unusual staining, odors, damage for more than ¼ of an inch inside the car. A $50-$500 or more fee will be charged for exterior damage: scratches, dings, scuffs, and blemishes during a trip to wheels/rims, car body. This damage charge will be subject to the estimated repair cost. ⛽️ Pickup with a Full Tank of Gas, please return with Tank Full for the next guest. Refuel charge of fuel + $10 Convenience Fee applies if the tank is significantly less than full. 🚭 No smoking, please. We prohibit all usage of cannabis and nicotine products: cigarettes, e-cigs, vapes, marijuana, etc. There are NO exceptions. $250 or more Smoking fee applies for special smoke odor cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle. 🐶 We love furry children, please be courteous and try not to have pets in the car. Our pet policy will not charge for pets if we’re made aware prior to the trip start, protective blankets or other gear is used to protect the interior. The car must be returned with little to no trace of pet hair and zero pet odor. As a courtesy, we offer this allowance primarily due to service dog usage. $150 for pet cleaning fee will apply if more than 3 inches of pet hair is found, scratches bigger than 1/4 inch, or any other unusual dirt. 🎟 If we receive any road fees such as citations, tolls, or fast track lanes, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE to reimburse all fees issued to the vehicle, in addition to an accessed convenience fee. 🏷 If the vehicle is ticketed, towed, or impounded for any reason while in your care, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for all fees assessed. 🔑 If the key is not returned, a lost key charge of $750 will be accessed.
