We rented this car for my son's prom. Howard made us aware the car was in the shop and provided constant communication on when the car would be delivered. He even checked in to ensure the car was running well. Although there are a few things that still need to be checked on the car, Howard provided the best customer service and even tipped my son for detailing the car. We will definitely book with Howard again.

Front right tire has gouge in it. Car smells and make noises when going slower then 40. It’s also not a SRT8 but shows srt8 badge.
