Description

Our Italian manufactured Fiat 500c Lounge is 100% dedicated to Turo. It is a great get-around sub-compact car and is also really fun to drive. Enjoy cruising through the countryside or traveling to the beach with the top down. Do not be fooled by its small stature when you are zipping in and out of traffic on the highway. It can handle it! There isn’t much room in the backseat area, so taller passengers should beware, but small children and shorter adults will be just fine. This is the perfect vehicle for someone who needs a short or long term replacement while waiting on your mechanic to fix your current vehicle. Sure it has a few cosmetic imperfections, but it has so many other positives like leathers seats, premium sound, blue tooth, etc, and it will get you where you need to go. See for yourself and enjoy the ride!

Parking details

For your convenience we operate a 100% remote (contactless) check-in and checkout process using a lockbox that is attached to the door handle. The lockbox code is provided to you approximately one hour before your trip starts. To initiate the check-in process we must first confirm your identity. To do so, two photos are required: one photo of your driver's license and one selfie photo of you holding your driver's license in your hand. This is normally required 24 hours prior to your trip start time, but if your trip starts in less than 24 hours, please upload the two photos as soon as you make your reservation. You can cover up your address and only the first few digits of your license number, but all other information must be clearly visible in the photo. If you are using a temporary driver’s license that does not have a photo, please include an additional government issued ID when you take your selfie.

Guidelines

🚭 Please no smoking of any kind, including vaping or marijuana use, inside this vehicle. No fragrances or air fresheners of any sort allowed in this vehicle. Please respect future guests by not having pets in this vehicle. We will charge the maximum cleaning fee for pet cleanup. No speeding or reckless driving. Any traffic violations, impoundment, or parking tickets received during a trip will be the responsibility of the renter per Turo's guidelines. Accidents and damages that occur while in the renter's possession will need to be reported to the Turo Claims center https://turo.com/us/en/resolutions Please return vehicle with the fuel level that was documented during check-in. If it is below the check-in fuel level, a refueling fee will be charged to the renter per Turo's guidelines. Looking forward to hosting you!

  • How do I pay for tolls?

All of our vehicles are equipped with a Uni One toll transponder, which is accepted in 19 states. Feel free to use the transponder during your trip and we will send you an invoice via Turo, after the trip is complete. It usually takes a few days for toll fees to reflect in our account, but you may receive an invoice as late as 30 days after your trip is over. For more information about where Uni is accepted, please go to https://www.cfxway.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/03.07.22CFXway.comUni-US-Map-with-States-and-Logos19-States-1536x828.jpg

  • Am I required to wash and vacuum my vehicle before I return it?

Washing and vacuuming your vehicle is not required, but please return it in a condition that does not require excessive cleaning (e.g. sticky fluids, sand, mud, various debris, etc.) Excessive dirt, sand, mud and debris should be removed to avoid an excessive cleaning charge.

  • Am I required to refill the fuel tank?

Yes, the fuel tank should be refilled to the exact level indicated during your trip check-in, except if you paid for prepaid refuel.

  • What document is required as proof of insurance if there is an accident?

You can get a vehicle’s incident information card to keep with you on a trip; it provides proof of coverage in the unlikely event you’re in an accident. We normally keep one in the insurance and registration wallet that is inside the glove compartment, but if it is not present just follow these instructions: How to view incident information card on the app: 1. Open your "Trips" tab 2. Find and open the trip under either "Booked" or "History" 3. Tap the "Help" tab and tap “Incident information card” How to view incident information card on the web: 1. Open your "Trips" tab 2. Find and open the trip under either "Booked" or "History" 3. • What should I do if I get a flat tire?

Call roadside assistance at (415) 965-4525, if you get a flat tire. Guests are responsible for the vehicle during the booked trip, which means you may be responsible for flat tire costs depending on the cause. -Repairing or replacing a flat Once you’ve arranged for help, please call us (your host). If the tire can be repaired, it might be best to have the repair done. If there’s sidewall damage or the tire can’t be repaired, get our OK to replace the tire with one of equal or greater quality. You’re not responsible for replacing any non-damaged tires. Pay for the cost of the tire at full price, regardless of tire use before the incident. Note: Keep the receipt for repairs or replacements. If Turo determines you weren’t responsible for the flat, they will reimburse you that amount. For more information, go to https://help.turo.com/flat-tire-damage-or-guests-Syh9NExEc
