Bring a VALID ID that matches your name on this account or we cannot legally give you the vehicle. Add any other drivers that will be driving the vehicle on the TURO App Tickets, Parking Violations, speeding/citations, tolls, impound, illegal parked/towing or any other violations issued during their rental period is the responsibility of the renter. LATE RETURNS: Fee: there may be a fee for each hour the car is late. Avoidance: Before the rental ends, extend the rental through the app store --CLEAN/DISINFECTED VEHICLE - Car will be turned over clean/disinfected. Please return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. Please do your best to return the car in good or better condition than when you borrowed it, thank you in advance If the car is returned dirty, you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee (more for stains that require a deep cleaning.) --No Smoking - No smoking of any kind…Cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc. Smoking in the vehicle will result in a $500 cleaning and disinfecting fee. --No Pets - A cleaning fee may be required if there’s evidence of pets in the car. --RE-FUELING - Car will be turned over with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank of gas unless you have added as an EXTRA option. Please fill with REGULAR FUEL. Gas will always be full before your trip starts, please notify us if the gas is not full. We also expect you to fill up the gas tank at the end of your trip If you don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle when you return it, there will be a $10 charge plus the fuel. MILE OVERAGE: Fee: fee/mile for each mile the car is over the allotted mileage. Avoidance: Extend the rental through the app (automatically gives you extra miles) Please note: additional charges may apply after trip completion for additional miles, fuel below beginning level, cleaning, charges for Sun pass toll charges, tickets, impound, etc.
