Can I take this vehicle into Canada?
Yes, we allow all of our vehicles to be taken into Canada. Canadian liability insurance certificates for Alberta and British Columbia are printed and in the glovebox should they be needed.
Do I have to refuel the vehicle before returning it?
No, you are not required to refuel the vehicle upon return. Fuel level is marked upon checkout and fuel will be charged to you through Turo to refuel to the same level plus a $10 convenience fee. You may also select the Prepaid Refuel Extra available on some vehicles that includes refueling up to a full tank for one flat rate.
Do I have to clean the vehicle before returning it?
Any cleaning is always appreciated but all we ask is that you remove any garbage from the vehicle when you return it. We will handle exterior wash, vacuum and sanitization of all surfaces upon return.

Had a great trip but when I got to the car it took several attempts to get in contact with the firm to unlock the car. Called several times (no answers) and texted on Turo and text before the car was unlocked.

We do sincerely apologize it took approximately 5 min to unlock the vehicle - there were technical difficulties with the remote unlock software we were attempting to remedy which could not be done while on the phone. Our messages through the Turo app seemed to be delayed to let you know this information. Again we are sincerely sorry for the delay this caused in your trip.
