Do I have to refuel the vehicle before returning it?
No, you are not required to refuel the vehicle upon return. Fuel level is marked upon checkout and fuel will be charged to you through Turo to refuel to the same level plus a $10 convenience fee.
Do I have to clean the vehicle before returning it?
Any cleaning is always appreciated but all we ask is that you remove any garbage from the vehicle when you return it. We will handle exterior wash, vacuum and sanitization of all surfaces upon return.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
There is no smoking in the vehicle. If smoking is detected an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
