Your vehicle will be carefully cleaned, fully fueled, and ready for you before your trip begins. It will be parked at your chosen location to make your pickup as smooth and convenient as possible.

No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge an excess $150 for detail and cleaning services. Vehicles are washed and sanitized before and after each booking 🐾 Pet Policy To ensure a clean and allergy-safe environment for all guests, pets are not allowed unless discussed and approved before the reservation begins. I’m happy to consider small pets on a case-by-case basis with prior communication. 🚫 Undeclared pets will result in a $150 cleaning fee to cover deep cleaning and allergy-sensitive sanitizing. • Do I have to clean the vehicle at the return?

  According to Turo’s official policy, guests are not required to wash or detail the vehicle before returning it. However, you are expected to return it in reasonably clean condition, meaning: ✅ You should: Remove all trash and personal items Shake out or lightly vacuum dirt/sand if it’s excessive Avoid returning the car with sticky spills, stains, or strong odors (e.g., smoke, pets without approval) ❌ You don’t need to: Go through a car wash Wax or professionally detail the car Deep-clean upholstery

• What is the process for requesting a car seat or booster seat with my rental?

  f you need a car seat or booster seat, please be sure to select the appropriate amount through the “Extras” section when booking your trip. To ensure we don’t miss your request, I kindly ask that you also send us a message through the Turo app at least 24 hours before your trip begins. In your message, please include: The type of seat you need (infant, toddler, or booster) Whether it should be installed in a rear-facing or front-facing position We’ll make sure everything is ready for your arrival!

• Am I required to refuel the vehicle before returning it?

  You're not required to refuel the vehicle, but it's highly recommended if you'd like to avoid a $10 convenience fee. If the fuel level is lower at return than it was at pickup, Turo request reimbursement for: The cost of the missing fuel, plus A $10 convenience fee for refueling To help you avoid this fee, we suggest filling it up to the same level as when you received it.
