The car pick up location is very convenient and close to the airport. Roman and Johnny were very helpful. The car was also at a good price point for what it offered. LOVED the heated seats and 4WD. My only criticism has nothing to do with them, but the design of the car, specifically the bluetooth interface. It wasnt user friendly, to the point that i just didnt use it because it took so long to find the correct settings and then you’d have to go thru the process all over again every time you turned on the car. Couldnt get a map app to work thru the system either and had to hold my phone on my lap the entire trip which had a LOT of driving. So my one suggestion would be to have a phone mount so that if the car wont interface with your map app (which it wouldnt with google maps on my iphone 12), then a phone mount in the car would be a really good idea and much safer too since theres really nowhere to set it where you can see it while driving.

The car was fine. It worked well but smelled like smoke. The tire pressure light went on shortly after we started driving. This car was swapped for another car I was supposed to be driving that had a bad transmission and scared me when I drove it. Sent the host a few messages that he read and never responded to. The vehicle got us through up trip.
