Horrible communication and host allowed personal issue to interfere with accommodations

Yes, you are correct. The communication was not good. The misunderstanding happened after we talked about extending until Saturday morning, and I believed you would update me after you contacted Turo. When I didn't hear back from you, I thought they took care of everything for you. It was a horrible misunderstanding. I apologize for inconveniencing you.
