Alek was so easy to work. We added a day to our rental and that process was easy and rather than return the car at 7 pm, Alek made it easy to return the car at the airport the next day at 10am for $20 extra. Cheaper than using Uber. Nicely done Berlin!
Andrei was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. The car ran very well and gave us the opportunity to spend our Maine vacation with the convertible top down viewing all of the wonderful scenery. Next time we are up north we will definitely be renting from Andrei again!

Vehicle was sufficient for a leisurely trip through Maine. Good gas mileage, clean vehicle. Great value. Would recommend. Key pickup was not near baggage claim as advertised, or at my hotel as requested, requiring a $7 uber ride each way. Not a huge deal for me on vacation, but would have been frustrating if timing was imperative or had significant luggage.
Andrei helped coordinate a remote pickup of my rental car. He left detailed instructions on how to pick up and return, and was very flexible and responsive when I needed to extend the rental at the last second. Great service!

Andrei was great. He was punctual, flexible, friendly, and very clear with what he wanted. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The Honda, I'll admit, had very sensitive brakes and steering, which took some getting used to...but once I did, the car drove beautifully, even on some of Maine's infamously bumpy country roads. I felt safe and confident the entire trip. Thanks Andrei! Would definitely recommend this car and its owner to anyone.

This lil’ Elantra was the perfect car to get us to Castine, Acadia, and back to Portland. Great on gas (we only had to fill up once!). Andrei was very accommodating and communicative and made pick up and drop off super easy for us.

Andrei was a great communicator. The car was easy to pick up and contactless. He checked to make sure everything went smoothly and was available for questions. The car drove well and has thoughtful little touches like a phone charger with 3 types of plugs. I always worry I will forget mine. We had the car for two trouble-free weeks.
