Jeff was amazing as a host. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. The car was immaculate (extra important in the pandemic), he explained all of the necessary functions of the car (I had never driven a Tesla) and responded almost immediately to any questions, before, during and after the trip. Fantastic! Highly recommend!

Jeff was very flexible, low stress on pick up times and drop off times. Helpful when orienting with the Tesla which is obviously quite different from many cars.
As a first time Turo user, Jeff made the entire process enjoyable; he was amazing to work with. I did not do a great job communicating due to extenuating circumstances, but Jeff kept in touch and ensured we knew what to expect. Prior to Covid, [I used to] travel a lot for my job, and have top status with 2 rental companies - Jeff provided one of the best experiences I've had. Thanks to Jeff and the wonderful experience he provided, I will be sure to continue using Turo and hope to rent from him again.

Meredith is a very kind and caring person. She is a great communicator- was prompt in response and any requests that we had. Her car was exceptionally clean and well cared for. She gave us a couple of great restaurant tips. We would definitely rent from her again.

First time using Turo. Jeff was so accommodating, generous and helpful. The Model 3 is a phenomenal piece if engineering- this one having the long distance charge and advanced auto driving features (for those who are new to Tesla I would highly recommend spending 1-2 hours reviewing the car’s features on Youtube - as it’s a little bit different and takes getting used to, also if the back camera image gets a a little degraded you may have to gently wipe it clean). I really liked using the regenerative breaking and super charging was a cinch. It was perfect to tour around and see foliage around VT/NH. I would certainly rent from Jeff again!
Caylin and her husband Scott were quick to respond to my messages and were able to meet us at the airport, which was quite convenient. The car was clean and drove well. I'd have no reservations in renting the car from them again!

Dedrick and his teammate Josh are total Pros. From the time of my booking they acted, messaged and handled my request like one. Delivery was on time, car was clean, with a full tank of gas, drove well [ only had 1800 miles on it ] and when my plans changed a bit, they were very accommodating and even picked up the car from my work place - which I much appreciated. Expect notch quality service and nothing less ! If you want a car, and are on the fence about it, get this one - you are going to love it !
