Is pre-paid ev recharging required?
Only for a home location pick up. Prepaid ev recharging is required as there is not Supercharger close to the pick up location. This allows for ease in reimbursement and saves the guest money from fees.
Lost Keys
If a key is lost there is a fee to get the key replaced by Tesla. There is the flat fee charged.
Dead battery?
- Dead Battery/Towing: guest covers tow cost and any damage to the secondary 12V battery. And will be charged for the entirety of their trip still. DO NOT LET BATTERY DIE PLS!
Airport Parking Terms
Make sure when you leave the car that you leave the parking ticket in the cupholder. If ticket is lost a lost ticket fee will be charged per airport policy. This can be very expensive so please don’t lost it! We will send a reminder as well!
