I’ve never driven a Tesla before, how do I “start” the car?
Simply place the key card on the platform behind the cup holder between the front seats. While foot is on break, take the right stick next to the steering wheel and push/click it down to D (drive) on the gear list. You’re ready to drive! To put the car back in Park, put foot on break and push top of gear stick into P (park). Car is stopped in Park!
How do I control air flow & HVAC?
Swipe your finger up from bottom of the screen. Air flow settings will appear.

This was a great experience. It was very easy to get to Somerville from Logan. Jack was very responsive to all of my questions, as it was my first time using Turo. The Tesla was in great shape and very clean inside. I really appreciated the charging cords. I highly recommend Jack’s Tesla!
