We had given a heads up of when we would be there to get the car multiple times and still had to wait outside in the rain for Santosh to show up. We were driving in the rain and the windshield wipers were old and not working properly which was dangerous as it was downpouring and we had to drive on the highway. The car was not as clean as the pictures. And due to him showing up late we asked if we could get that 1/2 hour to an hour back and wanted to charge us $160+ and make sure you have the tank completely full not even a gallon missing.

I would appreciate if you had let me know in person if there was something about the car that I supposed to know rather than I have to come to comment section. First of all I didn’t make you wait more than a 2 minute and secondly I do not control the price to extend the booking time it’s upto Turo and you have to extend the time if it will be late, to get covered from Turo.
You return the car with less then 3/4 quarter gas and dog shedding all over the car and still complaining 😂.
