Alex is flexible and very communicative. The car was clean and in great condition. Minus 1 star because Alex had asked me to switch cars prior to pickup date and when I picked up the car that he switched me to it had a massive crack in the windshield. Other than that I would recommend and rent from Alex again.

Excellent experience. Alex was VERY helpful. From initial communications, through final return, Alex proved to be a terrific Host!

I arrived to a large, gated area for pickup - with the helpful convenience of "leaving my car" onsite during my Trip.

I rented for 1 week, though planned for a possible second week, I rented a 2022 Tesla Model 3 to compare it to a 2016 Model S 90D rented in California through Turo, and currently I am in a 2022 Model Y also renting through Turo.

For me, due to health and physical aspects, thus far, the Model Y has proven best. I will look to "rent" a Model X last - then decide to buy, or not....or wait, for the Tesla CyberTruck coming out soon!

Alex spent about 15min time upon check-in to go over the Model 3 Vehicle. The storage, the Charger, the Display and Control Screen, the Steering Wheel Levers/Controls, set me up with a Profile for seating, mirrors, etc. Offered to establish a BlueTooth with my iPhone too.

Though rainy weather, the “exterior” appeared very presentable, but it was the interior, that was most impressive. Dare I say, practically spotless with zero imperfections. Very impressive, obviously well-kept and extremely clean.

Finally, Alex had foresight just before departing, to provide me with use of a USB-C to iPhone Charging Cable to use during my Trip – and wow, that really came in handy!

Upon returning the vehicle after a week of use and just couple hundred miles (1 supercharge by me), returned, some discussion and overall check-out process took about 5min and I was back on the road, in my own vehicle Alex kept stored, secured and protected while renting, then I was heading towards my next Model Y rental Trip here on Turo!

Really positive experience and highly recommend Alex at Tesla 3 Rentals. Believe they have 2-3 Tesla's to rent and as a “Host”, they did an absolute fantastic job for me. Courteous, professional and respectable.
