Guidelines

PLEASE READ!!! Here are the rental guidelines. These are strict but following these will enhance the general satisfaction for the Turo community, you, and us. 1) When there is any damage to the car, contact us immediately. We may be able to find a way to be covered by insurance. 2) All the vehicles have GPS tracking, and any attempt to remove, disconnect the device from the vehicle will be regarded as an attempt to harm or steal the car. Any attempt without our permission will be charged. In case of a vehicle stolen please contact us immediately. 3) Any bad driving habits will be reported to us. If there is frequent rapid acceleration or hard braking, we may contact you for a courtesy alert. If there is no change to the driving habit, the vehicle will be inspected. Any additional issues found with the vehicle based on the inspection report, the renter will be charged. 4) No Smoking, No pets. This is strict. A cleaning fee will be charged once detected. (It starts from $200.00, please don't smoke) 5) Regular Gas. Don’t have to worry about gas...Have the choice to opt in the Pre-paid refuel 6) Please clean it up as it was, before returning. There can be any cleaning fee(Start from $25.00) for the mess. 7) If you have determined to extend please “Request to change trip” on the app, as soon as possible. As trips get nearer to the end, there is a lower chance you can be extended because someone booked the car already. This happens a lot. 8) Airport Parking Expense will be reimbursed IF the receipt is left in the car at check out. Please leave the parking receipt on dash board with parking ticket. NO OUTSIDE PARKING RECEIPTS are excepted, Airport only. (ONLY APPLY FOR AIRPORT BOOKINGS) 9) Airport bookings: Please leave the parking ticket on dash board. (Parking fee will be applied if parking ticket is not left in the car at checkout) Key Box Instructions - Here’s the instruction to open and lock the key box. - i) open the cover - ii) press the clear button(between the 0 and * key) down - iii) press the 4 digit PIN - iv) Unlock or lock by pressing the big top button

The car rode well and everything worked as advertised! I would definitely recommend.

The car was dirty upon arrival as and it wreaked from the smell of marijuana to the point I had to roll windows down the whole trip and even with that had headaches. Then the embarrassment of the valet assistant thinking I had been smoking in it. The car had multiple spots on it damaged and the owner of the vehicle lied about so much and would not return phone call or FaceTime to see this.

We have strict protocols with our cleaning services, we do the best we can to accommodate our guest. With that being said we also understand that we can’t please every guest. We do our very best to make sure the cars are in top shape, any visible damages that may appear are taken care of. Sorry for the inconvenience, our previous reviews show we do our best for our guest.
