Very punctual, car was very clean and as described. Nandini's partner was very helpful in helping us install our car seat. So nice to have car dropped off at airport. San Jose needs more electric chargers though. Had a hard time finding an empty one.

Great car & communication . Convenient. We drove the volt 217 miles and 3.6 gallons to fill and even if you subtract out the 44 electric miles that got us past San Jose is 45 miles to the gallon hybrid mode which is OK 60 something Over all

James was really nice, he gave me a quick tutorial on how to drive the car even though I was familiar. It was still nice of him to take the time out. My only draw back was the car wasn’t cleaned inside or out. During COVID that made me feel a bit concerned. Either way I’d rent from him again. I was involved in a rear end hit and run. He came to the scene and stayed with me and the police. It was important to me that he be there.

Tony was great through the whole process! He communicated clearly and at a very fast response. He also was will to be flexible for this particular trip. His car was extremely clean and fun to drive and an average 59 MPG . I truly believe that his car is a great value. I would highly recommend TONY to anyone coming to San Jose. What a fun experience ! This was my first time using Turo, and everything proceeded without a glitch. Will picked me up from the airport. We did a car "check-in" at a nearby parking lot, where he walked me through all the features of the car. The car itself was spotless and a pleasure to drive ! Supercharging is included, so I didn't have to pay anything extra for the miles driven (within the allotted mileage). Just make sure to account for the time it takes to charge the car on your trip !

Andrew lent us the car over a weekend. He was very responsive and helpful with all the questions we had, and even delivered the car early after he saw our flight was scheduled to arrive ahead of time! The Tesla was also delivered with a full charge and was a joy to drive. I would highly recommend renting from him.

Tony was an awesome host! Hands down the best rental experience I've had. He was cognizant of the COVID-19 precautions, which was greatly appreciated. Also, he was super flexible and understanding with drop off time and location when I needed a last-minute extension. The car was great all around, and as my first experience with a hybrid, the gas savings was an excellent bonus!

Dac was a great host! Pick up and drop off was a breeze and it was never a problem communicating with him! Will definitely rent from him again if I’m ever in the area.

Josh was very accommodating through the entire process. My flight got delayed for 3 hours and they were very flexible with the changing the time. David was patient with us as Tesla newbies. The rental process was flawless. The car was a great ride. We wanted to try before we buy Tesla as this was a realistic way to assess the learning curve for my 80 year old husband and I.

This trip was our first turo trip. Unfortunately, our luck had it that the car we rented had an ignition coil problem. Ramsay was available and responsive. He even drove another car 3.5 hours to our location in the mountains to switch out the car. Although not as “cool” as the initial car we rented, the “replacement” vehicle functioned well and his level of service led me to give 5 stars.

Amazing! The car is clean - although this always depends on the person who had it before you. The one before me had neglected to vacuum and had left some crumbs and dirt on the floor mats. Other that those mats, the car was very clean, the only thing you can notice is a minor stain on the driver’s seat. Jules was out of country at the time, so not his fault (and some crumbs are not an issue at all - I’m really nitpicking here). I can totally see why he puts cleanliness as a top priority and would absolutely recommend his car for this factor alone. Wireless CarPlay is indispensable for navigation. My iPhone had some weird hiccup pairing issue with the car at first. Resolved by pairing phone as Bluetooth accessory (like one would do with a dumber phone), then I’ve got a prompt on the phone that I can use CarPlay. Car is quite compact, which is great for shorter parking spots. The backup camera and proximity sensors (they provide both display and spatial audio, so you can properly turn around to see behind you) make things easy. Battery is great for shorter-distance commutes. I never had to use gas backup, but was glad to know it’s there. However - I guess this is the case with any EV, possibly except for top-tier Teslas - with longer trips (I’d say 75+ miles) one has to be reasonably wary about the distance and charging time, and plan ahead. Jules has recommendations for this (ampUp app), but I found that Google Maps for general area search + vendor-specific app (e.g. EvGo app) for checking the charger status worked best for me. YMMV. Jules was always in touch here on Turo, excellent communications. I’ve asked him for recommendations where to recharge and wash and his advice was solid. Pick-up and return is a few miles away from the airport. I’ve read the reviews and it was not a surprise, communicated upfront. I’d say, a good and clean car was worth it. Overall, great experience. Eliud’s Mustang was amazing! Fast and true American muscle. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t amazing, but I did get the chance to drop the top down, and it was awesome! Don’t hesitate to rent his car if you make it out to California!

Anshul’s Boxster was a total joy to drive. More than that, it was clean, well cared for and one of the highlights of our trip. Anshul was also extremely easy to work with and accommodating to all of our needs and schedule constraints; I would highly recommend renting from him.

Long was the best host I've ever had! First off, he offered the best rate in the city. Second, his friend delivered the vehicle to me, and then offered to spend his own money on taking an Uber home. I wasn't in a rush so I offered him a ride to his home, but I still found the gesture very nice. Third, communication was impeccable the entire duration of the trip. And lastly, I had a family matter I needed to attend to a day earlier than planned, and had to return the car early. Not only did Long accept the early return without hesitation, but he allowed me to drop off the car directly to airport parking and he paid for the parking cost. Oh, and the car was great! A truly amazing experience.
