Everything thing was great. Car ran good. I needed the drop off time extended because I didn’t have a ride to take us back to room and it was denied because the Cafe closed at that time. I was finally able to get someone to come pick us up at the reg drop off time. If all that we needed to do was take pics and leave the car I’m not understanding why I couldn’t get a 2 hr extension. But besides that no problems with car. This is the 1st time I rent a car from Turo and my daughter made the arrangements. I do think it’s great to be able to rent a card with a debit card. Trip was pleasant.

This car is amazing. It is loud and extremely fast when you want it to be, and quiet and relaxed when the kids are sleeping in the back seat. Hamza made it a great rental experience. He was flexible with pickup and drop off and was very good with communication. Would definitely rent again! The car is in great condition and feels and smells new.
