Which will let you manage the car from your phone and use your phone as the key to this beautiful Model 3. ✈️If you choose BWI airport for delivery, most of the time I deliver the vehicle in arrivals in person. There may be times I am not able to deliver the car directly to you because the airport doesn't allow us, so I park the car in the Daily Garage of the airport, where you have a shuttle that takes you directly. Please note that in case I leave the vehicle in the daily garage, there is a cost of up to $12 that you pay when leaving the parking garage. All details will be confirmed before your trip starts. The same goes for drop off, if I am not able to or you change your trip end time, you may have to leave the vehicle in the Daily Garage of the airport. All will be confirmed before your trip starts and ends. The vehicle will be given to you with a full charge. We expect the guest to return it the same way, if returned with low battery a fee will be applied + the charging cost, unless an extra has been purchased. You can charge this beautiful Tesla at any supercharger or normal charger. Superchargers take around 30 - 50 minutes for a full charge. If a supercharger is used, I will later ask for a reimbursement in the app for any incurred fees. The same goes for tolls. Please note that if the vehicle's battery is depleted and a tow truck is required, a $250 fee will be charged for owners to come out and supervise the towing company, so no damages are made. All of my cars, including this one, are thoroughly sanitized, to ensure the car is completely clean and safe for you. No Smoking and No Pets are allowed in my car. (If smoking is detected, a $250 fee will be charged by Turo, which includes my time and work to remove the smoke) I always recommend going the speed limit, especially in Washington DC because tickets range from $100 - $350. Guidelines
1. No smoking, No Pets Please. I deliver my cars clean and require our guests to deliver it clean. If smoking is found, a fine will be applied. 2. The guest must maintain the vehicle's battery at 20% percent or more. If the vehicle's battery is depleted and a tow truck is required a $250 fee will be applied. 3. All our cars have a phone holder and charging cables. If either are broken or missing, the cost is $20 for the Phone holder and $10 for each cable. 4. Any Damage to the car made on your trip must be paid by the guest or the guest's insurance. If there is a scratch generated by the Guest, it is your responsibility and in no case will I or my insurance cover it. I will let you know if the car has a damage prior to doing the check-in. 5. Most of the time I deliver my cars with a full charge, the guest must return it the same way. If the guest returns the car on a low charge, a fee will charged. 6. Faqs
How do I pay for charging?
If you use superchargers, you will notice there is nowhere to pay. This is because I get charged for any charging you make during your trip, once your trip ends I will ask for a reimbursement in the app for any charging fees you might have incurred. Any other charges that are not Teslas are for you to pay on site.
First time driving a Tesla, anything I should know?
Yes. Tesla's are different from driving a normal vehicle. The most important thing is that there is no need to use the brake pedal since Teslas are equipped with generative braking, which means that once you let go of the accelerator you will feel the car slow down until it comes to a complete stop.
How long does charging take?
Charging takes around 30 - 50 minutes for a full charge. We recommend keeping the vehicle's battery at 30% or more, so if your battery is at 30%, a charge would take around 25 - 35 minutes. (This only applies if Teslas superchargers are used)
How does airport delivery work?
Airport delivery at BWI has a cost of $60 for pickup and drop-off. Most of the time, I deliver the car at arrivals and pick it up from departures. There may be times in which I am not available, and the car will be left in the daily garage of the airport. If this is the case, rest assured I will let you know prior to the start of your trip. I will also let you know how to get there.
How does delivery work?
I usually deliver the car personally to the address you provide in Turo, if I'm not able to deliver the car in person I will let you know. The same goes for pickup.

Awesome first experience with Turo! The host and his son were super helpful and responsive. His son showed me all of the cool features with the Tesla and got me set up with the app to get the full experience. I ended up needing to extend my trip and the host approved it quickly (which relieved a lot of stress on my end). If I ever need another rental I will definitely be using them again!
