Parking is on the south side of the building only. This location is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Please message me after booking if this is outside of this timeframe or day because it will be at a different location that I can accommodate.

No smoking or vaping including cigars and marijuana. Absolutely no drug use. Pets are allowed but please only in the back seats. I will install a rear seat cover when you add the pet fee. If there are any odors of smoke in the vehicle we will charge you a odor cleaning fee of $100. Any tolls or parking tickets during the rental will be paid by the renter. Please bring back the vehicle in the same condition you got it otherwise there will be a cleaning fee. Touch less car wash only and vacuum all the floors. If any stains. Damage, smoking odor found there will be a charge depending on how significant it may be. If any occur please contact me during the trip to try and mitigate the issue before the end of your trip. I will try to minimize any charges if you work with me and notify me immediately. I’m very reasonable.

• Do you allow smoking in the car?

  Absolutely no form of smoking in the car. Including vaping and cigarettes. There will be a minimum cleaning fee of $100 if there is smoke odors that do not go away after I clean the car. I understand there may be heavy smokers that have smoke smell on their clothes and that’s why I clean and wipe down all the surfaces before I determine if the odor is still present.
