It's always a pleasure to rent the Prius from Andreas. I think this is the 3rd time renting from him and the car is always clean and filled with gasoline. Andreas is communicative during the rental period and the pick up and drop off id quite easy.

Zack was super accommodating, will be renting again when back in Seattle!

Best rental on Turo hands down. I would rate 7 stars if I could. Michelle is awesome!!! Cursing the Model 3 “Dilly Dilly 2” around the Pacific Northwest was incredible. I highly recommend this experience. Also there were extra bonuses of sanitizer, face masks, and water bottles. Totally above and beyond thanks Michelle!

Aureliu was wonderful! The car he provided was one of the best cars I ever had on Turo! He makes sure it’s given to you in the best condition and provides you with great service. If his car is available you should definitely book it!

Aureliu was wonderful and super accommodating! We got to Seattle and were wanting snow chains just in case but forgot to request when booking. Aureliu very generously offered to meet the next day with snow chains so we could have them. He had great communication and was super responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Rented “Oscar” during a significant snow storm and he performed beautifully! He trudged through snow, slush, and water without problem (I didn’t even have to consider putting on the snow chains provided by Azil) and kept me warm with a strong heater and excellent seat warmers. Azil made the whole experience as convenient and smooth as a person could hope for and was very responsive to messages. I’d definitely rent this car again, regardless of the weather conditions!

Wow, just WOW! Michelle was so personable and such an incredible pleasure to deal with from the moment we landed till our departure. We were flying up to Seattle for both business and pleasure and so Michelle helped coordinate curb-side pickup and drop off at SeaTac airport. When we landed, she was at the curb within two minutes, and had already sent through the login details for the Tesla app. Given it was our first time driving a Tesla, she took us to a nearby parking lot to train us on the car, and handed us a bag with two water bottles, trail mix, and some gummies — how thoughtful?! This Model 3 is loaded folks — dual moter, extended range, full self driving with AutoPilot, etc. She even had emergency supplies in the ‘frunk’ of the car just in case, and 2 game controllers to pass the time while the car charged. The car drove beautifully, was so much fun to drive, and felt like it just rolled off the dealer lot because it was so clean! When we were ready for our trip back, she conveniently met us right at the curbside departure area to drop off the car, and we were on our way! Michelle puts the traditional car rental company experience to shame. Looking forward to working with Michelle again on my next Seattle trip — thank you!

Words do not do justice as to how impressed I was with renting through Aureliu and his business partner. This was our first time using Turo. I gave it a shot after a glowing review from a friend of mine. I did not know what to expect but now I don't know how I will ever be able to go back to a traditional rental car company. My wife and I made a quick getaway to Seattle for a few days of RnR. We did not plan on having a car and were staying at a hotel downtown. We decided halfway through our trip to rent a car and leave the city for a couple of days to do some hiking so we jumped on Turo and found one of Aurelio's cars. He responded to our inquiry immediately. He then delivered the car to our hotel promptly on time. I contacted him the night before our rental was up because we had scheduled with him to return the car back to him at our original hotel but I wanted to see if it would be possible to simply meet him at the airport instead. He quickly agreed and met me there exactly at the precise time of our drop off. This was by far the easiest and most convenient rental transaction I've ever experienced and truly look forward to looking up Aurelio upon my return to Seattle. His service and professionalism were unmatched. Bravo, Aurelio. You have a customer for life.

David made the car rental simple and painless! He helped me every step of the way. The car ran smoothly and averaged good gas mileage. If you plan to visit the Seattle are I highly recommend looking David up for a car to rent.

Terrific service! Much easier than a regular car rental and the easiest Turo rental to date. Michelle met us at Sea-Tac airport, outside baggage claim, handed us the keys and said, “Have a good trip!” The car was spotless! Super clean and felt like it was new. It came with a full charge and our recharges were included in the rental! We texted her about an hour before we dropped off. Michelle met us at the departure gate, we unloaded, handed over the keys, and walked straight in with our bags to check in. Very easy, super nice car, great renter to deal with. Highly recommended.

The car was awesome and Kyler made it very convenient. Always kept in touch to know when and where to pick up and drop off. If I were to ever come to Seattle again I would be definitely renting from Kyler. A lot easier using Turo than going through a car rental company

Seriously, Matthew is the best and coolest host I’ve ever met! He will teach you how to enjoy the car! He prepared a lot for snacks and foods, even an astronaut ice cream! If I ever visit Seattle again, I will for sure to rent a car from Matthew again!

Truly the easiest car rental experience I’ve ever had! He was there at the airport when I arrived, literally just handed me the keys, and was so accommodating that he met me at SEA-TAC at 5 am when I left. Next time I come to Seattle I hope I get to rent from him!

Amazing car. It basically drove itself to Portland and back to Seattle. Perfect car for road trips especially with how quickly the Teslabsuperchargers charge this thing. Karl was super responsive and friendly and I’d highly recommend his Model 3 for anyone looking either to rent a car for a road trip or just to try out a Tesla.

Aureliu was awesome. He met us right outside the arrivals door, car was sparkly clean and ready to roll, and it served us perfectly for the course of the trip. And the return was just as easy as he met us at our departure gate. This was our first rental on Turo and we plan on many more. When we're back in Seattle we'll be looking for Aureliu and his Jetta 🙂

Austin is a super nice guy, responsive, communicate and reasonable. He helped make my first Tesla experience go smoothly. Drove down to Portland from Seattle, mostly on Autopilot. Luckily did not have much rain during my trip, but found autopilot to be a little shaky when it did. Austin mentioned this to me before hand so I was ready. This wasn’t a huge deal but thought I’d mention for future drivers. Thanks Austin!

The car was great on gas and a smooth ride. Whitney was also a great host with fast responses. I ran a bit late when I dropped off the car and she was very patient and understanding. I would recommend her car to anybody.

The car itself was clean inside out, as well as mechanically reliable even for long-distance travels. Phone holder & charging cable came with the car. Aureliu was nice and showed up to the airport early. 15% of the time the car may feel like it rolls back on steep uphills but other than that very responsive and super good on diesel!!

My fiancee gave me a tesla ride as a bday gift. This tesla was a superb gift. Austin provided an amazing service, being helpful and polite throughout the process. As I never drove a Tesla before he taught me how to operate the machine and gave super valuable tips. The car was in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
