What if I have parking tickets or tolls during my rental?
Please let me know upfront so i can try to pay right away to avoid late charges. If you don’t tell me, there will be an additional $25 fee on top of what you owe for the ticket or toll charges.
Can I smoke inside the rental vehicle?
NO SMOKING! The vehicle will require deep cleanning. I will charge up to $250 to get the smell out the vehicle.
What to do when I got into an accident?
Please let me know upfront so i will find the best solution to fix the damages. If you don’t tell me then i will file a claim thru turo and that may accure additional administrative charges.
Am I responsible filling the tank full after my trip is completed?
All guests are responsible for returning the car on a full tank of gas unless the Prepaid Fuel option under the “Extras” section is selected
Do I need to clean the vehicle upon done using it?
The car should be returned in the same condition received. There is an option under the “Extras” section for a post trip cleaning which includes vacuuming and cleaning the interior consoles and car wash. Additional charge will apply if the car is in significantly different condition from when it was received.

Hung was super responsive and helpful! The car was in great shape with no issues the entire 8 weeks I had it. Very much recommend renting from Hung!

Hung is very communicative, he was accommodating us to get picked up late at midnight after our flight arrived and overall the car drive well with no issue!! Thanks for everything and we will be using his services again when we are back to visit Seattle!

This vehicle is amazing on gas. Hung was thorough, and easy to communicate with. Basic vehicle but runs well and had plenty of space for luggage.
