We ended up receiving the car late, and Humberto was unreachable for about an hour as we were attempting to contact him to determine why the car was not delivered. He offered to let us have the car longer but that didn’t help us, as it delayed our plans. He was very nice, and explained it was because he had received the car back late the night before, however if you receive it late the night before it doesn’t change our rental time the next day.

The car was returned to me late the same day prior to your rental … I had connected with you to offer options and one was to cancel cancel the rental with a full refund as one of the options I offered.
Also the intent to deliver a car to you clean and fueled up and communicated that with you.

First time using Turo, it was a great affordable car and got good gas mileage. Humberto was very responsive. Only issue was the anti-collision sensor was quite sensitive and would go off randomly, which was a bit surprising and distracting.

Great car, drives really smooth, very clean as well. Our flights got delayed the day we were picking up the car and Humberto was extremely accommodating and let us pick the car up later. Humberto is a great host!
