Easily my best car rental experience ever

Aureliu is a great host. His vehicles are clean, well maintained, and delivered with a full tank of fuel. He is very accommodating and is easy to communicate with. We were met outside baggage claim and the vehicle was picked up from Departures at the end of our trip as promised . We were traveling with a baby and he made it very easy for us to pick up and return. We didn't have to worry about taking any shuttles or going out of the airport area to pick up the car. We plan on renting from him again in the future.

Alusine is a friendly and accommodating host, and the Camaro was a great car to tour around Seattle with!

Hung was great! Able to accommodate a couple of hitches on our end along the way with no problem. Will definitely rent with him again next time in Seattle.

Not only was Ryan's car a dream to drive and kept us comfortable for all that mileage, he is so responsive and helpful. The pick-up and drop-off was seamless and we would rent from him again in a heartbeat, thank you for helping make that part of the trip so smooth!!!

Our trip was made so much nicer with Flowdy's help. He made sure it was easy to pick up our car when we landed and meet him to drop it off. We really appreciated our communication with Flowdy, he always got back to us in a timely fashion as well as checking in with us. I would definitely rent with Flowdy again. The car was perfect for our family of 4 and all of our luggage and great gas mileage. Thank you Flowdy. :)

This car was very fun to drive. Michelle was a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had. Drop off and pick up were super easy at Sea-Tac - better than any rental car company. I would use her vehicle again in a heartbeat.

The car did great in the snow and fit exactly what we needed. We were able to fit our skis in the vehicle. Austin was very communicative and made the pick-up and drop-off process very easy. I would definitely rent from him again. We knew we were renting a 2008 vehicle, and the car had very minor mechanical issues that did not affect our trip. We let Austin know and he said he would take care of it.

This was a great rental experience. The car is brand new and it was an easy pickup/drop off process at the airport.

Mohammed services were great this past weekend . The car was nice and clean, he was on time when delivering and receiving the car. Very responsive when messaging Mohammed. I recommend to use him anytime you are in the Seattle area.

The car was so clean & operated without any issues. It was a smooth & fast ride so much easier than getting an uber/lyft when visiting from out of town. Cheaper too, if i ever return to the washington area I will rent with Corey again.

Mr. Kevin Moore has excellent service of ensuring his clients receive an excellent service of his car. He was instantly informing important information about the vehicle so that we wouldn't worry too much. He is quick to respond to messages and is very polite. Time management is excellent for meeting up with him to obtain the car when arriving in Seattle and on time for picking up the vehicle.

Hung was very nice and understanding. We’ve never used Turo before and he walked us through the easy steps. Very flexible, as we had a flight to catch and he met us at SeaTac with no problem (and early too so everything went smoothly!). Car ran perfect, we really just needed a car to get around the national parks in Washington and it was very reliable. Highly recommend booking cars through Hung!

Renting the car from Tim was as easy as it can get. The car was clean, in excellent condition and ran really well. Tim even left chocolates, water and masks for us. I would highly recommend it!

Same great service I’ve come to expect from Tristan. For this trip, I especially appreciated that he stays in contact when it’s needed most. My flight landed 30 minutes early and he responded almost immediately and arrived earlier than the scheduled time. As long as there is a vehicle available, my family will always rent from Tristan.

This was my first time using the app and Azil made the process effortless. He was at the airport when I arrived to pick up and drop off the car. The radio was tuned to some good local stations which I enjoyed very much. I will certainly be using this app again and hopefully working with Azil on the next trip to Washington!

Great experience! He was right on time! Very polite & clean! He had wipes and hand sanitizers for us in the car which was very thoughtful! There were fast car chargers for iPhone and Android phones that came really handy. If you want to save on gas money, this could be your ideal choice!

Wow, just WOW! Michelle was so personable and such an incredible pleasure to deal with from the moment we landed till our departure. We were flying up to Seattle for both business and pleasure and so Michelle helped coordinate curb-side pickup and drop off at SeaTac airport. When we landed, she was at the curb within two minutes, and had already sent through the login details for the Tesla app. Given it was our first time driving a Tesla, she took us to a nearby parking lot to train us on the car, and handed us a bag with two water bottles, trail mix, and some gummies — how thoughtful?! This Model 3 is loaded folks — dual moter, extended range, full self driving with AutoPilot, etc. She even had emergency supplies in the ‘frunk’ of the car just in case, and 2 game controllers to pass the time while the car charged. The car drove beautifully, was so much fun to drive, and felt like it just rolled off the dealer lot because it was so clean! When we were ready for our trip back, she conveniently met us right at the curbside departure area to drop off the car, and we were on our way! Michelle puts the traditional car rental company experience to shame. Looking forward to working with Michelle again on my next Seattle trip — thank you!

Terrific service! Much easier than a regular car rental and the easiest Turo rental to date. Michelle met us at Sea-Tac airport, outside baggage claim, handed us the keys and said, “Have a good trip!” The car was spotless! Super clean and felt like it was new. It came with a full charge and our recharges were included in the rental! We texted her about an hour before we dropped off. Michelle met us at the departure gate, we unloaded, handed over the keys, and walked straight in with our bags to check in. Very easy, super nice car, great renter to deal with. Highly recommended.

Truly the easiest car rental experience I’ve ever had! He was there at the airport when I arrived, literally just handed me the keys, and was so accommodating that he met me at SEA-TAC at 5 am when I left. Next time I come to Seattle I hope I get to rent from him!

Amazing car. It basically drove itself to Portland and back to Seattle. Perfect car for road trips especially with how quickly the Teslabsuperchargers charge this thing. Karl was super responsive and friendly and I’d highly recommend his Model 3 for anyone looking either to rent a car for a road trip or just to try out a Tesla.

Tim was great! Super helpful with giving us a tour of the car and it’s functions. The car was very clean and water bottles were made available to us! Would recommend and use again!!

Renting this car was a great choice and I loved how friendly and helpful the hosts were. There were no issues about the car, it was clean, and we got from point A to point B with no problems! I would definitely recommend this rental to one of my friends if they decided to travel around Seattle. It was also a very good deal price wise. It made our trip easy :)

Mohammed was very friendly; I messaged him the day I set up the pick up for the car as well as when i was traveling. I would not be arriving till 15 after the pick up time. He was very helping in communicating and making sure I was able to have the car at the airport when I arrived. I also had to return the car early and even then we coordinated an hour go ahead and was very gracious to meet me at the airport departures. All in all I appreciate and will make sure to tell others as well as when I come back; (I’m a service member who regularly travels to JBLM) to hopefully be able to use his car and work with “Mo” again

First time Turo user and Aaron was a great host! He picked us up from the airport earlier than planned because we landed early (thank you!) and drop off couldn’t have been easier. Everything went smoothly with the car and Aaron was quick to respond to my questions. Not a single complaint, 10/10!
