I was on Oahu for surgery and in need of a rental car to get to and from hospital appointments. Over many years I have rented with probably every auto rental company in the US but nothing even comes close to the Turo experience. I initially rented with Turo because the national rental companies were not operating due to COVID-19 restrictions, or unable to get post access to deliver a rental vehicle. TURO was recommeneded to me by hospital staff, so I had had skepticism, never hearing of TURO before. But from the moment I started the rental process, my concerns began to diminish. I was able to locate a rental within a couple of miles from my hotel on a military post. Gabriel my host was a awesome host. Very nice and respectful, and also showed me how to work everything with TURO. Communication with Gabriel was great. He kept in contact with me, even showed concern about the health challenges I faced. He kept in contact with me throughout the rental process. and responded timely to my concerns The car was delivered to me, and picked up from the air terminal where I departed Oahu from for my convenience. Would definitely recommend Gabriel's services and cars! I am first time TURO user. From start to finish I describe my experience renting a car through Turo with Gabriel as extraordinary. If I have opportunity, I will use TURO and Gabriel again.

We rented Gabriel ‘s Flex for 10 days and it worked well for us. Gabriel was very accommodating and offers a very reasonable price for airport pickup and drop off.
