I left 4 stars because overall the trip was great, josh was smooth and easy to work with. Went above and beyond to make our experience great and easy. Made sure pickup and drop off was easier than expected with no hassle and was on time. Car was nice and ran smooth no issues. Only drawback was it was not as clean as i expected, as i did end up cleaning up the previous renters mess/ it was dirty when we received it. Thanks for a smooth trip.

First timer here. Josh bent over backwards to accommodate myself and my girls. Car was clean as could be. He led me through a lot of questions since I was a newbie to Turo and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. 5 stars.
