Beautiful clean fuel efficient Hybrid car. Gas saver. Very spacious inside. Located just outside SJC airport. Easy pickup/drop off. You can take Uber/Lyft (around $10) to my location from the airport or Take the free VTA airport flyer bus to Coleman & Brokow Car will be delivered clean inside and outside with full tank of gas. So please return it the way it was given to you. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged to you and the cost of gas that is short. Please NO SMOKING or VAPING. 🚭No cigarettes or cannabis, please!! If the car is returned with such odors, You will be charged $300 to have the interior cleaned and refreshed. No pets - cats, dogs, or other ❌🐕No pets in the car.

Can I return the car after hours?
Yes. Car can be returned at any hour. Park the car in the designated parking spot at our primary location right outside SJC airport and put the keys in the office mail slot.
What if emergency happened?
Please call 911 if case of emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via Turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.
Is smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. There is a Chevron/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.

SJC Airport pickup or drop-off is available as a courtesy and not always guaranteed. Car is located about a mile outside SJC airport.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option. The cars check engine light was on. It stalled on me during my trip. The car was not cleaned and I found a bottle of beer underneath the passenger seat. I messaged Aziz to let him know but did not get a response.

The car is in good shape and has great gas mileage. Aziz was very accommodating and the check in and drop off were easy. Would recommend!

The car made weird sounds on applying breaks. had dirty stained seats. Told aziz but he never replied.
