I have rented several cars from Rafael. They're always reliable, very clean and for me the pickup location is great and seemingly safe. I very much like that he uses a key box, so he doesn't have to wait for me and I don't have to wait for him. I think it's a great procedure. He takes us hosting very seriously and I appreciate that.
