There is no parking allowed since it is out side a business establishment however I do have another location on Huntington beach with parking or if that is closer to you we can also accommodate for pick up and drop off! ⚠️🚭NO SMOKING! 🚭⚠️ We will charge up to $250 to get the smell out the car. If the car smells like any kind of smoke upon return, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. It didn’t smell like smoke when you picked it up. Smoke smells lingers in the cabin and is hard to get rid of. Not everyone is accustomed to that smell. Please keep it smoke free. ☀️Have fun with the car 🙂 but no tracking, drag racing, burnouts, donuts, etc.... We have installed a GPS Tracking that will ALERT us if there is excessive speeding/braking/launching. Tires will be checked before delivery and after for excessive wear; abuse will be billed accordingly. 🚗Do not take this car out of the country. Parking details
The vehicle is parked in between the Volvo and Subaru Dealership at the end of the cul de sac! I will meet you there in person. There is no parking here and vehicles cannot be left here during trips. Please keep that in mind.
Guidelines
Primary renter must be present & must have a valid driver's license on hand to receive the delivery & return of the car No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Trips to Mexico or Canada outside of the US are not permitted Although car is pet friendly, please clean up and pet hair or remnants or there will be $150 cleaning fee assessed. Remember these are my personal cars, Turo is not like Hertz or Enterprise, We as Host love what we do, its not easy to replace these cars so please do not abuse them. Faqs
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Normal Unleaded gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
If I don't have time to clean and wash the car by trip end, will I get charged extra?
Please bring the vehicle back in the same condition as when you picked up! If the vehicle is dirty than expected a cleaning fee will be charged. If you have no time to clean a 30 dollar reimbursement can be charged if communicated! However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. What if guests get a parking ticket or other violation tickets while being on the reservation?
Most violations & tickets can be paid for online by the guests themselves. If unpaid violations are received, they will be charged back to guests as incidentals.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
How is the California Toll charge handled?
FasTrak account that the vehicle is attached to will auto-pay for all tolls throughout California. All tolls incurred during your trip will be charged back to the guest after the trip is completed as trip incidentals.
Where will I pick up and drop off the car?
Once your trip is confirmed, you will have the address available to you for pick up and drop off. Or the vehicle will be brought to you if requested!
