Booking with Joseph was very accommodating. and the Communication with him from the beginning to the end was beyond exceptional. Jospeh was very understanding that my car was not working by letting me pick up the rental car earlier than my pick up time. I had needed to extend my rental time of dropping off the car at the end and he did not hesitate not once of the approval time. I highly recommend renting from Joseph you want be disappointed. I definitely will be booking again with him.

I was notified that my brother had days left to live and was in a hospice in Bunnell, FL. I’m a disable senior citizen on a very low income. So Turo Ride Sharing seemed the best option for me at that time. Just before boarding my plane in Seattle heading to Daytona Beach, FL I received a call that my brother had passed away which made a very long trip. When I arrived at the Daytona International airport I had not heard from Joseph the owner of the car I had rented. After texting Joseph informing him I had arrived and needed instruction as to where the car was parked. He then informed me that the car was at the Stanford Airport not the Daytona Airport. I then said we had decided that you would leave the car here at Daytona. It clearly states on my reservation that RETURNING THE CAR Please return the car to 2720 Florida 46, Sanford, FL 32771, unless Joseph has communicated different arrangements to you. The key here is communicated which I did 2 different times about leaving the car at the Daytona Internation Airport, Joseph absolutely denied that these conversation ever took place. Not knowing what to do or where to go I ask a taxi driver if he can take me to the Stanford Airport. After $110.00 taxi far we did locate the car but after looking several times in the parking area the taxi driver and I could not locate the box where the keys where suppose to be. Returning to the car I see that the passager side front tire is completely flat. Then the Taxi driver finds the car keys lying outside the car on the truck lid, anyone could have stolen that car after they fixed that flat. Frustrated beyoung words I call Joseph and tell him the tire is flat and what is he going to do about it. He then tells me that I will have to change the tire. I again mention to him that I am disable senior citizen, Joseph exact words to me was “I don’t know what to tell you” never offering any help at all. It’s raining, I’m an emotional wreck from the passing of my brother and now I have to change a tire in the rain. Finally on my way and after I get direction on where I need to go to get to Ormond Beach and finding to my shock I’m hour away in the same direction I just came from. To add to my utter disappointment the windshield wipers were so bad it was a challenge and even dangerous at times being on an unfamiliar highway not even sure if I’m going in the right directions The next day I took the photos of the car and because of the rain I wasn’t able to at the time of the pickup. Then I call Joseph and ask what he wants to do about the tire. He tells me to take it to a tire store that is close to where I am staying. To his credit he did arrange payment with the shop after telling him I wasn’t going to pay for it. So there I was sitting at a tire shop rather for an hour and a half instead of being with my family on this very sad day. On January 16th I text Joseph pleading to him asking if I could leave the car at the Daytona airport that I just can’t afford another $110.00 taxi fare. Joseph tested me back saying I could and he would charge me another $80.00. That was totally unacceptable since the car was suppose to of been dropped of there in the first place.

Your trip was never set up to pick up or drop off at the Daytona airport as this is 2 hours out of my way I don't offer this as an option. The pick up and drop off location were clearly marked as Sanford Florida. Be sure to check this on your next trip. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your trip. I wish the best to you next time!

The car’s owner was fantastic to work with. Getting the car and dropping off the car were incredibly easy. The car itself was in great condition and very clean. I highly recommend renting with Joseph.
