The alignment was slightly off from a previous renter hitting a curb. Just make sure this has been taken care of before you decide to rent. Other than that it was absolutely perfect. Chris is a very nice guy and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this car again.

Even before I picked up the car Facility was making sure I was taken care of and confirmed details to make pick up nice and easy. Once I picked up the car, the red mustang looked like it was just cleaned and looked and smelt brand new. Car drive well and Facility was checking in every so often to make sure things were going well. I would 100% recommend renting from them and I definitely will next time I fly into Orlando.

This car was sooo fun to drive, and the host went above and beyond for pick up and drop off. Would rent again!

A few complications. The vehicle i rented broke down just before i landed, but Robert was accommodating. I would definitely rent from him again.

We spent a week in Florida, driving around in one of the coolest cars on the site. Brad was very communicative, followed up immediately on whatever we asked and was extremely helpful. The car was amazing. Driving through a parking lot, several people flagged us down, just to say how much they loved the Saturn Sky. And it was so much fun to drive around with the top down. Definitely one of our best car rental experiences ever, both car and owner. Five stars, absolutely!

Brad was an absolute Delight to rent a car from!! It was my first time using Turo & he talked me through it so effortlessly and thoroughly. Answered any questions quickly(even though instructions were so detailed I didn’t really have any!) The Ford Fiesta was clean & exactly as pictured & phenomenal on gas which is always a plus!! The whole experience was such a breeze and completely Stress Free which is exactly what I think everybody wants when going on vacation/business trip! I hesitate to write this review do to the fact I don't want the word getting out too much about Andrew's Maserati. One word "Amazing". Beautiful car, incredible service and the WOW factor of driving this car is unrivaled. Both in performance and people's attention. My personal car is a BMW 335D with full emissions delete and this car surpasses it, which is saying something. Andrew is exceeding concerned with making your trip as easy and carefree as possible. I have rented cars on Turo over 15 times and Andrew's Mazerati and his service was the best so far. If his car is available the next time we're in Orlando I wouldn't even consider anything else. Thank you Andrew for a great driving experience.

Tonya and her husband are amazing hosts, there service is exceptional, the entire process was seem less, it was like borrowing a car from a family member. The mini was clean and ready to go, not to mention an absolute blast to drive around. You would be crazy not to rent from them.

Tonya was fantastic! Super accomidating! My cousins came in for a week and we rented their mini cooper, we had an absolute blast scooting around town in it! Tonya met us at sanford airport, and kept in contact all week. The car was cleaned, detailed, and they also provided an iphone and an android charger, along with satellite radio and sunpass. The car was very nice as well as the Gentleman who rented it to me. The convenience of having it brought curbside was very nice. However I wasn’t aware of the Fee involved and the sunpass. I should of read more about it before I rented. Still less than the commercial car rental spots. I would use Turo again and rent from Vanessa also again !

Austin is a great host and he keeps this car in beautiful shape! It is definitely fast and so much fun to drive yet it's easy on the $ at the gas pump. Communication with Austin was always timely which made our pickup/return effortless. If you've never used TURO before, you need to consider a few things: 1. With TURO you are getting the exact car you see - not "or something similar" like on the rental car websites. 2. You will be amazed at the convenience and the time saved by bypassing the rental car agencies. (Austin picked us up at the airport baggage claim when we arrived, and dropped us off at the curb when it was time to fly back home). We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and plan to contact Austin again the next time we need a car in Florida!

Charles was a fantastic host. He was able to answer any questions if you never drive an EV vehicle before. The star of the show was the Tesla(no offense Charles lol), lots of onlookers because of the vinyl wrap and very quick. The acceleration hits hard from a standstill. It doesn’t operate like a gas-powered vehicle so make you do a little research before renting/buying one and ask questions. Highly recommended!!!

Pinny made the pickup and drop-off extremely simple and straightforward. He text me directions where the car was parked in the airport and walked me through my first turo rental. The car was clean and almost fully charged. Included adapters to charge at non tesla chargers. 10/10

Booking with Joseph was very accommodating. and the Communication with him from the beginning to the end was beyond exceptional. Jospeh was very understanding that my car was not working by letting me pick up the rental car earlier than my pick up time. I had needed to extend my rental time of dropping off the car at the end and he did not hesitate not once of the approval time. I highly recommend renting from Joseph you want be disappointed.
