Vehicle will come with a full tank of gas and will need to be returned with a full tank of gas; otherwise, Turo’s reimbursement fees will be applied. Absolutely no smoking/vaping or pets allowed. Additional fees will be charged if there are signs of smoking and/or pets in the vehicle. Your car will be delivered clean. Please return it clean to avoid additional cleaning fees. No driving on the Salt Flats

• Is this car All-Wheel Drive (AWD)?

  Yes, this car is equipped with AWD and tires rated for all weather. It handles well in the Utah snow and icy conditions.

• Who is responsible for airport parking fees?

  You, the guest, are responsible for parking fees at the beginning of the trip. The parking ticket will be left in the car, and you must use your card for payment of any parking fees. Currently, SLC economy parking has a maximum daily fee of $12. Host will pay for the parking fees after the trip ends - please notify me when you have parked the car upon your arrival.

• Can I eat in the car?

  Absolutely! However, please make sure to clean up all food, utensils, and packaging. An extra charge will be added for cleaning up food remnants (e.g. wrappers, pieces of food, straws, etc.).

• Where do you drop off the car at the airport?

  We will drop off the vehicle at the airport economy parking lot. You can take the free shuttle parking lot. Details will be sent once you book. If you wish to pick up the vehicle from the parking garage, let us know! It is closer and does not require a shuttle; however, daily parking garage fees are higher than economy parking lot fees and there will be no reimbursement.

• What type of gas does the car use?

  The Toyota Camry uses Regular gas. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level you started with. You’ll be charged retroactively for any missing fuel, plus a $10.00 convenience fee.

• Does the car have snow tires?

  This car does not have snow tires, and we do not allow chains to be put on the tires.
