This was my first experience with Turo and I truly couldn’t be more happier with phenomenal experience Chris gave us during our short stay in California. He was very thorough, informative, and very personable the entire time. It really meant a lot having him help me out right away with things after picking up the Tesla and driving it around myself. The Model S was a great experience and autopilot on highway was very useful for our road trip. The car was clean and performed well. Chris was very patient in explaining and answering our questions about the car. Excellent time! Would rent from Chris again.
Christopher was amazingly helpful in walking me through the car at pickup and showing me how to use it. He was incredibly flexible with extending my time at the last hour. We brought the car back with a very low battery due to charging issues on my end and he was understanding about the whole situation. I’d rent from his team again without hesitation!

This was my first Turo rental, and my first time driving a Tesla. Chris made me feel comfortable from first contact to the final drop off. He was extremely patient in giving me a through run through on the car, he was flexible, and highly communicative whenever I had a question. The car was gorgeous, super clean, and a ball to drive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to renting from him in the future!
