Please note the Full Self Driving is currently in Beta mode and by booking this car and activate FDS you agree to always pay attention to the road, have your hands on the wheels at all time, making slight turn when prompted, and ready to take over. Joining FDS beta program is a privilege. If FDS is disengaged due to unsafe usage (slight turn prompt is ignored), the car will be moved to FSD jail which will disable FSD for up to 1 week. If FSD is the only reason you rent this car, please confirm with us the day before your trip if it will be available for your trip. We will try our best to deliver the car with the most charge for our customer, usually at over 300 miles of charge. However, for last minute booking (with less than 3 hours of notice) we can only guarantee that the car will have more than 120 miles of charge at the time of delivery. You can request to have the car charged to 100% if you pick up the car at my location and have the prepaid EV charge extra included in your trip Feedback Policy Providing feedback after your trip is a crucial part of our process. Here’s what you need to know: 1. Feedback Submission: We kindly request all guests to leave feedback after their trip. Feedback helps us maintain high standards and ensures a better experience for future guests. 2. Mutual Reviews: Per Turo’s process, we cannot view your feedback until we submit ours. We’ll send a few reminders to help you complete this step. 3. Discount Eligibility: Guests who do not leave feedback will not be eligible for discounts or promotions on future trips. No feedback is considered a negative review per Turo’s policy, which affects our ability to provide special offers. 4. 5-star Minimum Requirement: leaving a feedback is the minimum requirement to receive a 5-star review from us

Quality car, clean exterior interior was a bit dirty had coffee stains on the seats and could tell it had not been vacuumed but to be fair I picked the car up an hour after booking so they would not have had adequate time to prepare. Process was smooth and easy. Greatly appreciate the host. Would not choose Tesla for long trip ever again had to charge way too many times. All the time spent charging could have been better spent but overall great experience with host and Turo..
