Pick up and drop off instructions will be messaged through Turo, or texted to your number (If international I also use Whatsapp). Gas: Please fill the tank at the end of your trip. This car ONLY takes regular 87 unleaded gas. Gas is not included with your rental so please bring the vehicle back with a FULL tank of gas (You will receive the car with a full tank as well). Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, Turo automatically charges a $10 inconvenience fee on top of the missing portion of gas. Please be considerate and return the car with a full tank of gas so the car will be ready for the next guest. thanks! Tolls: Fastrak (Pay by plate) is linked to each of my cars. Tolls are not included in the trip amount. I will have to match every toll with each individual trip.. So this process may take me up to 3 months. Thanks for understanding. Tickets: You are responsible for all tickets and/or any citations during your rental AND up to 24 hours after your rental period. If you incur a ticket, I will pay off the ticket for you. You may elect to pay off the ticket on your own as well. Failure to inform me of tickets/citations may result in further fees. Damage/Accident: Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. I appreciate your honestly and will work with you to solve the problem (I'm very understanding). If there is new damage to the vehicle and you do not inform us by the end of the trip, more sever charges may be incurred. Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. NO smoking and NO pets please (If you have a beloved pet for your trip, please inform me ahead of time and will see what we can do), If there is unusual staining, smells (Smoke smells are very difficult to get rid of, and would incur a smell removal fee), damages, etc, Turo may charge fees. Lost items: You are responsible for all items you rent from us during your rental. If you lose an item you rented from us, you would be charged for the item. If you left your belongings in the car, contact me and I can save the items for you. If you take anything from your rental car that belongs to the rental car ie: Phone mount, USB adapter, Trunk privacy cover, etc.. You are responsible to coordinate with me to bring the item back, or be charged a fee for me to come pick it up from you.
