GUIDELINES Have fun, feel safe and relax. We prepare each car like it is going to be used by a friend, please treat the car as if you borrowed from a friend. No smoking or vaping. Do not allow the car to sit idle with the battery charged above 85%. **Important Notice:** Traveling to Mexico with the rental car is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in severe penalties, including immediate termination of the rental agreement and substantial fines. Please adhere to this rule to avoid any complications. You can charge the car at any compatible electric vehicle charging station. When using a non-Tesla supercharger you can pay with a credit card at the kiosk or through the vendors mobile phone app. If charging at a Tesla supercharger charging fees will be billed to the car and you be sent an invoice for Tesla supercharging fees at the end of your trip. Be aware that most electric vehicle charging stations charge idle fees (typically $0.50 to $1.00 per minute) if the vehicle is not moved after charging is complete.
FAQs
How do I handle tolls?
The car is equipped with a toll sticker which will bill all tolls to the car’s account. Feel free to drive through any California tolls. After your trip is complete you will be sent an invoice from Turo for all toll charges incurred during your trip. The invoice will be a total of actual toll fees, there are no additional fees added.
How do I locate electrical vehicle charging stations?
You can locate nearby electrical vehicle charging stations from the navigation screen. Just tap on the text box on the navigation and there will be an option to show you nearby chargers. You can also use a voice command, just press the right button on the steering wheel and say "Display superchargers". https://www.tesla.com/support/videos/watch/supercharging
How do I charge the car?
Your two main options to charge the car will be at an electric vehicle charging station or plugging into a standard 120v outlet. That’s a very slow option, usually it charges from 7/20 miles per hours. The car will come with a mobile charger that you can plug into any standard 120v outlet. First plug the mobile charger into the outlet then plug the other end into the car. The charge port is on the driver's side rear of the car
Airport after hours pickup 10PM to 4AM*
Important Information Regarding After-Hours Pickups: Please be aware that if you arrive to pick up your rental car between the hours of 10 PM and 5 AM, you may incur higher parking fees due to our last car drop-off being at 10 PM. The airport parking charges $2.50 for every 15-minute interval, with a daily maximum fee of $38 (for a 24-hour period). To give you an example: Picking up the car at 11:30 PM will cost you $15 in parking fees.Picking up the car at Midnight will result in a $20 parking fee.These fees will accumulate accordingly until reaching the daily maximum of $38.We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any further inquiries you might have. Please remember we don’t charge anything for SAN deliveries/pick up!

For airport pick-up, all guests are subject to a parking fee upon exit. This is undoubtedly the quickest and most convenient option available. The parking fee structure begins with a free period for the first 10 minutes, followed by a charge of $2.50 for every subsequent 15 minutes. Rest assured, we coordinate car drop-offs according to your reservation and flight status, minimizing parking fees, often resulting on average $5.00! Mauro is Awesome. My wife and I flew in for our daughter’s Marine FamilyDay/graduation. If you are flying in and you want to be able to pick up your vehicle and drop it off at the airport parking right across from your terminal, this is the company for you. He will coordinate with you on your arrival and departure to minimize your parking fees. It is absolutely smooth and easy. This couldn’t have been any more convenient. GUIDELINES Have fun, feel safe and relax. We prepare each car like it is going to be used by a friend, please treat the car as if you borrowed from a friend. No smoking or vaping. Do not allow the car to sit idle with the battery charged above 85%. **Important Notice:** Traveling to Mexico with the rental car is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in severe penalties, including immediate termination of the rental agreement and substantial fines. Please adhere to this rule to avoid any complications. You can charge the car at any compatible electric vehicle charging station. When using a non-Tesla supercharger you can pay with a credit card at the kiosk or through the vendors mobile phone app. If charging at a Tesla supercharger charging fees will be billed to the car and you be sent an invoice for Tesla supercharging fees at the end of your trip. Be aware that most electric vehicle charging stations charge idle fees (typically $0.50 to $1.00 per minute) if the vehicle is not moved after charging is complete.

How do I handle tolls?
The car is equipped with a toll sticker which will bill all tolls to the car’s account. Feel free to drive through any California tolls. After your trip is complete you will be sent an invoice from Turo for all toll charges incurred during your trip. The invoice will be a total of actual toll fees, there are no additional fees added.
How do I locate electrical vehicle charging stations?
You can locate nearby electrical vehicle charging stations from the navigation screen. Just tap on the text box on the navigation and there will be an option to show you nearby chargers. How do I charge the car?
Your two main options to charge the car will be at an electric vehicle charging station or plugging into a standard 120v outlet. That’s a very slow option, usually it charges from 7/20 miles per hours. The car will come with a mobile charger that you can plug into any standard 120v outlet. First plug the mobile charger into the outlet then plug the other end into the car. The charge port is on the driver's side rear of the car
Airport after hours pickup 10PM to 4AM*
Important Information Regarding After-Hours Pickups: Please be aware that if you arrive to pick up your rental car between the hours of 10 PM and 5 AM, you may incur higher parking fees due to our last car drop-off being at 10 PM. The airport parking charges $2.50 for every 15-minute interval, with a daily maximum fee of $38 (for a 24-hour period). To give you an example: Picking up the car at 11:30 PM will cost you $15 in parking fees.Picking up the car at Midnight will result in a $20 parking fee.These fees will accumulate accordingly until reaching the daily maximum of $38.We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any further inquiries you might have. Please remember we don’t charge anything for SAN deliveries/pick up!

For airport pick-up, all guests are subject to a parking fee upon exit. This is undoubtedly the quickest and most convenient option available. The parking fee structure begins with a free period for the first 10 minutes, followed by a charge of $2.50 for every subsequent 15 minutes. Rest assured, we coordinate car drop-offs according to your reservation and flight status, minimizing parking fees, often resulting on average $5.00! Mauro is Awesome. My wife and I flew in for our daughter’s Marine FamilyDay/graduation. If you are flying in and you want to be able to pick up your vehicle and drop it off at the airport parking right across from your terminal, this is the company for you. He will coordinate with you on your arrival and departure to minimize your parking fees. It is absolutely smooth and easy. This couldn’t have been any more convenient.
