Only 10 minutes away from the airport traffic free! You can use gate code *2520 to enter the property (make sure to press star before the numbers). Usually your Tesla will be found in front the Clubhouse or pool area. I may be able to accommodate temporary parking for your personal vehicle if you are needing to leave it overnight or while you are traveling, You will however need a parking pass as they tow cars without passes overnight. With prior notice, I may be able to arrange a visitors parking pass for you if needed. Alternatively, it's also possible to find parking on the street outside of my complex. If I am free, or if we have pre-arranged to meet, I'd be happy to come down and help orientate you with the car. Don't hesitate to ask! If not, you can use Turn Go in your app to unlock the car and the Tesla Key Card will be inside a black pouch in the center console.

- No trips into Mexico - Smoking of any kind (including vapes) is strictly prohibited in the car or you will charged a $250 fine set by Turo - Guests are responsible for all Supercharging costs on a pay-as-you-go basis. I'll send you the exact cost post trip. Cable will be provided with rental for home charging. - No pets are allowed in the car. A fee of $150 will be charged for bringing pets into the vehicle. If damages or scratches have occurred, additional fees will apply. - If the car's battery reaches 0% and cannot be charged, a $300 fee will applied. - Car will have at least 3/4 of charge upon pickup. Please return the car with at least the same amount of charge you received it with, otherwise it will result in a recharging fee. - A $100 fee applies to losing or damaging the car key card. - Any spills or stains will be charged an extra cleaning fee set by Turo - This Tesla does have a transmitter and is automatically charged to my account for the following tolls in Orange County: 73, 133, 241, 261, including the 91 express, and LA Metro. A reimbursement invoice will be sent to the guest after the trip. These and other tolls roads taken are at the responsibility of the driver. Any late fees or penalties received will be at the responsibility of the driver. - Vehicle needs to be returned on time or a fine by Turo will be charged - Any scuffs on the rims from parking will be charged a fee set by Turo - If reckless or excessive speeding is detected, speed control and limitations will be put in place.

• Are their other ways to charge the vehicle?

  Yes! There are several apps that can assist you in finding free or cheaper charging. Plug Share is a good one to download. Feel free to search your App Store for other EV Charging station apps. Due to the fact these are not exclusive stations for Teslas, you will need an adapter, which I will provide (do be aware if you lose this adapter, I will need to charge a replacement fee). In addition, I will be providing you with a home charging cable as well which plugs into a normal outlet.

• Can I use Tesla's Supercharger stations?

  You bet! Supercharger stations are the quickest and most efficient way to get back on the road with a full charge. Tesla does charge however for this convince. Feel free to use at will and a reimbursement invoice will be sent to you. Typically a charge costs about $15 give or take.

• What exactly is Autopilot?

  All newer Tesla's are equipped with a suite of driver assistance features. Autopilot includes: - Traffic-Aware Cruise Control: Matches the speed of your car to that of the surrounding traffic - Autosteer: Assists in steering within a clearly marked lane, and uses traffic-aware cruise control

• What is Full Self Driving (FSD) capability?

  FSD is an upgrade to Autopilot. Not all Tesla owners provide this as it costs more. But with it, driving is much more safe, relaxing, and gives you a strong sense of where autonomies driving is heading in the near future.
